All Tory resignations from Boris Johnson's government so far
Conservative ministers and lawmakers have continued to resign from Boris Johnson's government after what proved to be the latest scandal for many Tories.
The trigger was a revelation that the prime minister was informed that former Deputy Chief Whip Chris Pincher had been investigated for improper conduct, but was promoted nonetheless.
Downing Street had previously claimed Mr Johnson was aware of concerns about Mr Pincher's behaviour, with no formal complaint at the time.
Within minutes of the Prime Minister apologizing for his handling of the matter, two of his senior cabinet ministers, Rishi Sunak and Sajid Javid, resigned.

Rishi Sunak resigns as chancellor
"The public rightly expects the government to operate correctly, competently and seriously", Mr Sunak said, adding: "I believe these standards are worth fighting for and therefore I am resigning." Am."
Sajid Javid resigns from the post of Health Secretary
Mr Javid said the British people "expect honesty from their government" but voters believed Mr Johnson's administration was neither competent nor "acting in the national interest".

He wrote in his resignation letter: “I have never been a big fan of ministerial resignation, which is the best means of forcing change.
