Inside Carol Werderman's £1,475 Juice Retreat She Drops Dress Size And Shows Abs
Carol Werderman is wowing fans with her rock hard abs at the age of 61. And now the former Countdown star — who has dropped a dress size in two weeks — has revealed how she did it.
The maths specialist is at a Juicy Master's retreat in Portugal, with prices starting at £1,475 per week for your own room.
Billed as a "wonderful juice, yoga and fitness retreat," it takes place in a deep jungle location overlooking a river.
A typical day at the boutique retreat includes meditation or yoga wakes, swimming in the infinity pool, walks, circuit training, spin classes, and HIIT workouts.
Guests are served up to four healthy juices throughout the day and have the option of adding treatments such as massages, facials, colonics, and cryotherapy sessions.
As the week progressed, Carol shared a clip of herself doing an 80's spin class despite the 40C heat. Snaps from the gym showed the tally presenter working hard while doing weight training and upper and lower body exercises.
By the beginning of week three, Carol had clearly visible abs in a pink and black bikini. In another abs post a few days later she posed in short denim shorts, which she said didn't fit "for years".
"I've dropped a dress size and am bursting with energy. Haven't been in these shorts for a few years and now they're bummmm loose.
"My other half here @jules_sampson has dropped two dress sizes and looks incredible and feels so strong." It's a special place here. So cool and happy. Jason has done the magic right."
